Organizational model

SORIT S.p.A. Board of Directors considered very important to issue and approve, in the framework of a wider Governance project, an Organizational Model (Modello Organizzativo) required by Decreto Legislativo no. 231 of 8 June 2001, in order to spread to all subjects with whom SORIT S.p.A. has relations with, the operating rules on which SORIT S.p.A. has based its activities to prevent prosecutable actions.
